The organization which is responsible towards its corporate social responsibilities and related activities, is winning the hearts of its client base, employees, concerned authorities and sometimes that section of society which have nothing to do with the organization, not even the vice versa.
Gitanjali Group is one of those corporate houses who look after their employees so that they can look after the client base of group very well. A health camp organized by Gitanjali Group for Gemplus employees of Gemplus Factory in association with L and T health center, is a fresh example of their concern towards their employees’ health. 120 employees consulted the male and female doctors present at the moment for their examination and screening. Education on the basis of doctor’s prescription was also spread among the masses and that’s too free of cost. Employees were suggested to take prescribed diet and adapt as per new lifestyle along with medication to ensure their sound health. People, who seek ophthalmologists and dermatologists’ attention, were referred to L and T hospital as well. the turnout was very good in number too.
