Renault-Nissan Automotive India’s Karpom Munneruvom CSR Initiative: Enhancing Infrastructure for Eight Local Schools

As part of its ‘Karpom Munneruvom’ (Learning for Progress) initiative, RNAIPL will invest over INR 1.4 crores to upgrade infrastructure at eight schools in and around Oragadam, Tamil Nadu. Between July and December 2023, RNAIPL will undertake a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade for eight schools in Tamil Nadu. The infrastructure upgrades by RNAIPL will encompass the construction of new classrooms and restrooms. As well as the installation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants to provide safe drinking water. In addition, CCTV cameras will be installed to enhance security, and inverters will ensure uninterrupted power supply in the schools.

The eight schools that will benefit from this initiative are in the following areas: Orathur, Nattarasampattu, Gunduperumpedu, Vadakkupattu, Umayalparenenchery, and Walajabad.
