Neo Corp provides free vocational training to people

Corporate Social Responsibility has become as important as the main businesses for the corporate of the day. From prospective customers to potential clients, all judge a company by its engagement in fulfilling social responsibility. Neo Corp International Limited has been an example when it comes to fulfilling social responsibility.

Neo Corp International Limited is an approved vocational training provider which has been registered with National Council of Vocational Training. NCIL provides a range of various certificate courses which are held in the company’s premises. These courses are organized apart from the regular brush-up courses which are organized internally.

The vocational training provided by NCIL is in many fields including Finance, Banking, HR, Marketing, Quality Inspector, Stitcher, Heavy Duty Tailor, loom fitter, circular loom, weaver etc. Over 500 people from within the organization as well as outside have enrolled themselves for these vocational courses.

An initiative called ‘Hello’ is undertaken by the company which aims at appreciating and motivating its employees. Kumar Nishant, Assistant Manager ,P&A,  takes sessions on Human Resource Management, Mr. Harish Chandra Bansal, Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts, is responsible for imparting knowledge on finance, Mr. Hitendra Kekre, Senior Officer, Research and Development, takes classes on Quality and Mr. Jay Tiwari, Assistant Officer-Stores, takes sessions on Loom related and relevant topics.

NCIL works hard in creating a positive environment for all its employees. With such a positively stimulating environment, progression is easier and talent recognition is promoted.
