Mega Leadership Summit on Electric Vehicle to be hosted in Delhi

On January 19, 2018, the national capital of India, Delhi will be hosting the mega Leadership Summit on Electric Vehicle. Amidst the growing air pollution problem and fossil fuel demand, this summit focuses on sustainable mobility drive. To be held at PHD House, several motoring enthusiasts and automotive industry leaders will gather from across the sector.

By 2030, Indian government has a vision to convert all the vehicles in the country into electric vehicles.

The summit will be co-organized by the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industries (PHD Chamber) . It reaffirms that the time is now prepared to embrace new vision and technology for greener mobility for better tomorrow.

The mega Leadership Summit on Electric Vehicle forum is supported by the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises,Government of India. Moreover, as Associate Co-Sponsor, Trontek has joined the board.

The summit will be extending for throughout the day and will include leadership talk, panel discussion, and exhibition. It is designed as a national forum for Electric Vehicle manufacturers, visionary automotive leaders as well as policy makers, researchers, innovators and strategists from around the world.

The aim is to leverage collective strengths of all of them and exchange their information, innovation and knowledge. The summit also focuses on initiating and moving forward towards low-carbon transport eco-system. It is being initiated to promote and prepare the industry for a huge roll out of electric vehicles on Indian roads and highways.

As India is one of the largest and booming economy,this is high time to bring ideas on how Indian automotive sector can contribute towards accomplishing its vision. Moreover, how can the priority of Indian government of replacing conventional vehicles to electric vehicles can be achieved by the year 2030.
