As part of its CSR activities, the realty developer helps develop better facilities in Government Schools and Anganwadis or child care centres. These schools usually cater to underprivileged children and are situated within Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HDMA) limits. Sadly, many of these institutions have failing infrastructure that has suffered years of neglect and are incapable of doling out the necessary relief to their dependents.

Most of the schools are in desperate need of an overhaul and lack even the most basic facilities. Modi Builders focused its CSR activities on rejuvenating such schools in Hyderabad as well as across Telangana. The developer takes up developmental works in these institutions related to basic infrastructures like power connection, electrification, fans, lights, drainage, water connections, and drinking water facilities. Modi Builders also leverages its wealth of expertise and builds classrooms and effects repair works as and when needed.

In addition to providing classrooms and basic amenities to these schools, the real estate company also provides essential supplies like benches, desks, blackboards, and other necessary school supplies. High schools are also provided with outdoor spaces for games like volleyball, football, badminton, and hockey.

Modi Builders’ CSR initiative has benefited over 77,556 students till date in over 311 government schools. The company plans to build on this impressive number and aims to help at least 1,20,000 students before 2022 comes around.
