Ryan International School takes a charitable initiative for the poor; enters Guinness Records

Schools play a pivotal role in the development of a student’s mindset and outlook towards the world. Unlike standard curriculum and conventional approach which is limited to theoretical knowledge and grades, different practices help the student learn and grow instead of joining the cram herd. On that note, Ryan International Group of Institutions has taken the student learning to a newer, better level – and registered themselves in the Guinness Book of World Record, while at it.

Ryan International School, Sharjah, was recognized by the Guinness Records for its efforts in the charity domain. Encouraging the little ones in this initiative, Ryan International School managed to collect more than 2,05,122 clothing items for the noble cause of donation to the poor –collected by the school’s students.

Inspiring the students to participate in an event of such a large scale, Ryan International School continues to emphasize on its societal contributions and social responsibility. The ideology behind such initiatives is to develop individuals that are subjected to the inclusive growth of a level that successfully inculcates ethics, morals and values in the early age.

Reaching out to the poor, Ryan International School continues to increase the social responsibility quotient in the students – adding to its curriculum’s dynamism. An inherent understanding of the underprivileged and issues of the society instills a humane and empathetic perspective in the student towards the world.

Although the reputed recognition was bagged at an institutional level, individual felicitations were not far behind. Madam Grace Pinto, Managing Director of Ryan International Group of Institutions, was awarded for outstanding contribution in the field of education.

Addressing the audience at the award ceremony, Madam Pinto said, “Our role as educators is to create and nurture an environment to bring about positive social transformation. For close to four decades we have worked tirelessly for the same. This recognition only motivates me to work harder for the children of India to help them make a mark in the rapidly evolving global arena.”

With leaders such as Madam Grace Pinto and Ryan Pinto, Ryan International School maintains its position on the national and global level as one of the leading educational institutions for comprehensive student growth.
